Remarkable subjects:
1) some oaks are more than 2000 years old.
2) the plane tree from Hippocrate on Kos island (Greece) would be more than 2000 years old. It is broken down into several trunks on 5 metres in diameters, and its branches are supported with numerous crutches.
3) the locust tree of the Garden of plants, Paris, was planted in 1632 by Jean Robin, botanist of the king Henry IV, who gives it his name.
R = resistant to pollution (charm, ginkgo, mulberry, tulip tree of Virginia).
