Jackfruit
tree of the family Moraceae
(Breadfruit, Fig tree, Jackfruit, Blackberry, Orange tree of Osages, Pippal)

Origin : Tropical Asia. The jackfruit was not transplanted in Europe (or perhaps in conservatories).

Use: the jackfruit produces a big edible fruit (until 30 kg) which grows directly on the trunk (and it is better, given its weight), as the pods of the Judas tree.
